Session one of the 2025 AAU season has ended, and you know what that means: it's time for a Prep Girls Hoops Michigan rankings update! The 2028 list now stands at 202 total prospects ranked and on the watch list. After evaluating the talent at several tournaments these past few months, here are a few small forward prospects who climbed our rankings.

Kendall made a quantum leap in our rankings, and that's exactly what happens when you combine noticeable progress with highly recruitable qualities in front of our scouts. Kendall's height, strength, and versatility make her a weapon on both sides of the ball. She excels inside and also on the wing and as a perimeter player. Toughness, strong finishing, three-point shooting, penetrating drives off the dribble, lock-down defense, shot-blocking, relentless rebounding, Kendall has the complete package. She had an outstanding travel season with [program_tooltip program_id='1226083' first='West' last='Michigan Drive']-Paiz and added an impressive Ferris State Team Camp with Rockford. Her recruiting should be taking flight in no time.

Rylee had a magnificent playoff performance for South Lyon in the regional semifinals last season. Her potential as a college prospect was clear then, and she confirmed that intuition this summer. Rylee stood out for [program_tooltip program_id='714556' first='TC' last='Elite'] at the Cagers Invitational and had a performance at Plymouth Summer League that kept me glued to my seat. Her length and athleticism pop on the court. Rylee impacts the game on defense with her persistent shot blocking and steals. She gets downhill with long strides to score in the paint and makes defenses pay from downtown when she has space. Rylee appears to be the next great prospect emerging in the program.

Alexandria earned a higher ranking in our latest update, and she's consistently stood out in front of both our scouts at multiple events this summer. Alexandria was an All-Tourney First Team selection for runner-up [program_tooltip program_id='713446' first='Hardwood' last='Midwest']. Her aggressive rebounding, hard drives to the basket, strong finishing, and relentless effort have been her staples each time we've watched her play. She showed her confidence as a mid-range shooter at Ferris State Team Camp and pushed the ball with tempo up the court. Alexandria put all of these qualities on display again with Mona Shores at Northwood Team Camp. She looks ready for a big sophomore season this winter.

Charlei put herself on our radar by hitting clutch three-pointers for Fenton during the Waterford Holiday Classic last season. She's stepped up multiple times since then in front of our scouts. Charlei was a top performer and an All-Tournament Second Team selection at our PGH Michigan State Tournament with [program_tooltip program_id='1251015' first='Shoebox' last='Elite']. She showed her ability to impact games fully. Charlei battled to secure rebounds, finished around the basket, blocked shots, caused steals, dished the rock, and knocked down shots from downtown. She had a solid showing for Fenton at Northwood Team Camp and looks ready for a breakout sophomore season this winter.
