[player_tooltip player_id='957840' first='Savanna' last='Wright'] received her first D1 offer this past few days when Mercer threw their hat in the ring. Wright is coming off of a State Title with her 3A Mount Vernon team, A Nike JR EYBL 8th Grade National Title, all while put together another memorable season on the AAU floor once again this Spring/Summer. That is a whole lot of winning right there if you ask me and I don't expect it to stop anytime soon. Wright is a winner. She will show us a lot this Winter when she has to be a main producer for her Mustangs team but I don't expect these D1 offers to slow down. As long as she keeps working, this is definitely a future D1 PG at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='777565' first='Kaylee' last='Lake'] is going to surprise a lot of people the next two years at the high school level with Elkhorn North. Lake, a 5'9 CG, can really do it all at the guard position. She can play PG and run the offense, she can create for herself from the 2, or she can make to the 3 and kill her matchup with her active feet/quick hands. Wayne State recently stepped in this past week and offered Lake. I personally love the offer for both parties. Wayne State just signed a new HC and he is going hard after talent in state in Nebraska, something I LOVE to see. It's smart and in the long run, it's going to payoff for the program in a bunch of positive ways. As for Lake, now the real work starts. It's always awesome to receive an offer, it's a big accomplish but job is not finished. Still a lot of work to be done.

The size, promise, and adaptability that [player_tooltip player_id='865313' first='Ansley' last='Elofson'] has demonstrated since she was a Freshman has been eye-catching and noteworthy. Elofson is listed at 6'0 and the #2 rated PF in the state of Nebraska for the 2027 Class at this time. AE doesn't do anything flashy or kill you with crazy skill moves - instead she lets the game come to her and that makes everything seem effortless. She won't be the one to run up bad shots or to not listen to the coach, while being pretty skilled with size on both ends of the floor. Thats really all you can ask for from an outside perspective. This is Elofson's first D2 offer. Hopefully she can ride this momentum into another before the Winter season kicks off.

[player_tooltip player_id='777233' first='Romey' last='Croatt'] has been impressive this AAU season on the road, leading her to receiving three D1 offers in a short amount of time these past few months. The most recent being from Valpo this past weekend. Croatt is going to help her high school team to a 5A State Title before the end of her career or she will at least get a shot at it. This is the deepest 5A team that the state of Iowa has to offer moving forward and Croatt will be the unquestionable leader. Pretty impressive for someone who is also a future D1 soccer player if she so chooses. I'm not sure what sport she will end up picking but I'm hearing that Bball is her favorite so we will just have to wait and see how it all unfolds over the next two years!

OB is a shifty lefty with a solid shooting stroke and an act for making something happen out of nowhere when her team's system happens to break down. Brown competes on the West side of the state of NE and that somewhat plays into her recruitment. This AAU season Brown has been an active piece with her [program_tooltip program_id='779942' first='ETG' last='Midwest [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] 3SSB'] team out of Omaha and that has helped her lock in her first offer to the next level from Bellevue. This maybe her first but it won't be the last. I expect the lefty to receive offers from most D3/NAIA schools out of the Midwest before her career comes to a close. From there, she will figure out which place feels the most like home to her with the best fit. It's always nice to have options at the end of the day and Brown should have options.
