Future Stars Shine at Shooting Touch Elite Showcase

She's already one of the top shooters in the state for her age, and her shooting ability stood out immediately. Lila scores with confidence from anywhere around the arc and can also create in the mid-range off the dribble. The head coach at Nobles noted how excited her was to have her in the program next year. Riley is both tall and quick, a combination that allows for her to guard everyone from shifty guards to taller post players. During drills, she stood out as the best shooter in the gym, at times going several minutes without missing a shot. On defense, her quickness allows her to stay in front of defenders, making her a tenacious on-ball defender. Her long arms make her a disruptive defender, allowing her to get lots of blocks and steals. In the post, she does a good job of keeping the ball high and out of reach from smaller defenders.
