[player_tooltip player_id='957836' first='Grace' last='Bordenaro'] will be making the move to 4A - Norwalk High School this Winter and she will be looking to show her worth to that program almost immediately. Norwalk will return a lot of hoopers from last year within their Varsity system but there will be room for opportunity due to some big producers graduating. Bordenaro plays a simple but sound game. She can get down the floor in a hurry and she never seems to take plays off on either side of the ball. She has a decent handle, rebounding, and disrupting ability at this time but that should become even better as with the experience she will receive within the Norwalk program.

Ankeny is going to have their top dawgs back at the varsity level for the most part so I'm not sure how many prospects will be coming off the bench per varsity contest this Winter. Someone out of their 2027 Class, who is trying to stack the days and build on her athleticism is [player_tooltip player_id='1307659' first='Sophia' last='Sarin']. Sarin is a multiple sport athlete, who brings a ton of energy and good vibes to whatever she is attempting. She is another prospect that I would call fundamental and sound as a hooper. She isn't going to kill you on either side on the court but she does some good things without being a liability and that's all you need when you have other high level bucket getters on roster.

Gilbert is going to make a run at some point this Winter. I'm not sure if that will be prior to the Playoffs or when we finally get there but they are going to have a lot of pieces that can produce compared to years past. They will have their usual suspects but someone to note is [player_tooltip player_id='1204333' first='Lucy' last='Terrones']. Terrones steps onto the floor as a crafty guard, who can move between positions if need be. She can handle and facilitate with adequate knowledge of the game or she can move off the ball and make things happen while attacking or creating off of the Wing. When you pair that along with the learning experience she will receive under current Varisty PG - [player_tooltip player_id='833953' first='Callie' last='Hales'], the possibilities are endless.

You don't hear about Oelwein too often but someone from their varsity program, who should be a menace for this group for one more go-around is [player_tooltip player_id='782501' first='McKinzie' last='See']. See is a witty prospect with some better than average size at 5'10. From what I've seen up until this point in her career she is always looking and ready for her opportunities on the hardwood. No matter if that's on offense or defense, in the half court or in transition. She knows how to space the floor, she knows where to move and when, and she is usually one of the first into the stands for a loose ball when those opportunities present themselves. All in all, this should be Oelwein's main producer for one more season. If they play their cards right and K.S. stays confident in her own ability, they could put up some good numbers before you know it.

[player_tooltip player_id='1307660' first='Rylyn' last='Boeding'] of Ankeny Centennial could see the floor an ample amount this Winter with the varsity roster turn over and new coaching staff. Boeding is a 5'11 Forward, that can take up a good amount of space in the middle with her height and wingspan. She can also finish through contact on either side of the bucket and defend players that might be near 6'0 at her position. Obviously there is a lot of questions for this program moving forward but their history is solid and they are hungry for more. Those two things could take them places. They just have to keep the main thing, the main thing.
