Saturday Standouts

Molinar was one of the finalists to make the 16U Mexican National Team, and she quickly showed why. Molinar was just heating up throughout the camp. There was a stretch where she hit three NBA range three's in a row in 5 on 5 play. Molinar is explosive and she had some of the best wiggle in the gym. Villa was showing a lot of stamina running the floor. Although she still has some raw talent developing you can see she is just comfortable playing defense in the paint. She was blocking shot after shot and if she did not block a shot she was definitely altering it. She is tough, and she defends her tail off. She gets downhill and honestly makes everyone around her better. You can see her all-around game just get better. This coming season, with a lot of opportunities at Judge Memorial, she could really shine.
