Coleman continues to build momentum as one of the most disruptive guards in 2027. She averaged 6 points per game last winter on a deep Minnehaha Academy squad and had 59 steals – a reflection of her quickness and defensive instincts. A three-point threat who can also attack downhill, Gigi has the confidence to heat up in a hurry and make opponents pay if they sag off her. Backing up her reputation as a tenacious defender, Coleman was named to the AAU Hard Hat All-Star Team in August. She also made the AAU State All-Tournament Team in May. Quick-footed, edgy, and relentless, Coleman thrives on guarding elite opponents.

As she always does, Stolzenberg stood out again on Sunday for her exceptional effort and extreme competitiveness. Once known mainly for her athleticism and motor, Lauryn now plays with more control and maturity. Her ball-handling is sharper, her shooting more efficient, and her decision-making improved. That was obvious at the Expo. She still hustles nonstop, defends with toughness, and channels her energy into smart plays. With exceptional fire, zero fear, and better balance between aggression and patience, Stolzenberg has transformed herself into a more complete player.

What a year this has been for Smelser. Every regional D2 coach I talk to seems to know her game well, and the ensuing conversations are always interesting. Anyone watching the Expo knows why. Anna impacts every area of the game on both sides of the ball. A physical, pace-pushing guard, she thrives in run-and-gun situations, firing sharp passes and scoring with an improved mid-range game. Her competitive drive is strong, and she embraces the alpha role. Smelser's steady climb in the rankings over the past year – she went from #82 to #72 to #62 – reflects her growth. Strong, skilled, and tireless in her work ethic, Anna is bound for big things.

Jackson is a versatile 5'8 combo guard, who flashed her potential at the PGH Expo. After a bit of a slow start, she turned heads with a smooth left-handed finish at the rim and then added steady production from there. Molly averaged 4.3 points and 2.2 rebounds in 20 games last season for Roseville. Capable of scoring with either hand inside, she shoots the three confidently and rebounds well for her position. Molly is opportunistic, the type of defender who can anticipate passes to create turnovers and additional possessions. It will be interesting to see how Jackson's game grows this winter with the Raiders.
