The Proving Ground Showcase: The Top “Floor Generals”

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>College Coaches were in attendance to evaluate talent this past weekend at The Proven Ground D2/D3 Exposure Showcase that was held at Ambassador Christian School in Huntersville, North Carolina. She was able to highlight her length at the PG position by getting her hands on a lot of balls defensively that lead to easy leak-out points. She also finished in traffic with slashing layups that displayed her athleticism. Bri is known as a pass first PG and as always she did not disappoint. She found her teammates in numerous situations that lead to many assist. Do not let her deceive you! Evie can do a little bit of everything and do it well. She is a three-level scorer, but it is hard to tell between her crafty moves getting to the basket and finishing with defenders hanging on her and her DEEP 3-point range which one she is better at. In my eyes that is a great problem to have. She is an excellent ball handler that uses her speed and crafty moves to get past the defense and allows her to get her shot off. She isn't going to back down to anyone at any position or size. The edge she plays with gives her the advantage. If Jordan continues developing her ball handling and play making ability and continues to work on her outside shot she can become a very special player. She is only a 2030 but the kid can flat out play. I have seen her make moves, passes, and shots that has made me look more than twice to make sure I was reading her graduation year correctly. She has good size at the point guard position and can handle the ball well. One of the biggest things I have been impressed with is her ability to play against older competition and never blink. While she is still young, she showed great potential at the showcase by being able to distribute the ball and make good decisions to set up her teammates for open looks.
