If only 10 could fit inside the door , and there were 10 more knocking on it, these players in this article would be the ten “peeping” at the door. These players have grown more comfortable in their roles and are starting to separate themselves through consistency, confidence, and production. Each player can lead and compete with confidence and production. From high-motor forwards to steady backcourt pieces, this group is locked in and ready to walk through, over, or around that door.

[player_tooltip player_id='221627' first='Vanessa' last='VanCott'] was so smooth with it at the PGH Expo that it looked easy . Her confidence was undeniable and she was literally unguardable. VanCott's offensive game is at an elite level: consistent from the three point line, deadly in the midrange, and crafty and unstoppable at the rim. What stood out most was her ability to counter the defense — uncanny in how she adapted to pressure, used pace changes, and created angles against good defenses. Vancott won't be peeping at any doors for long- she will be staring from the inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='972357' first='Jayla' last='Griffin'] has so much talent that when it's all said and done, she might kick the door down and knock the hinges out the wall. Her athleticism and upside is just that promising. Griffin can jump out the gym and now she using that ability to score consistently in the paint. Defensively, she can anchor the middle from a forward position, and can cover the perimeter like a guard. She is lengthy and swift, so lazy passes usually are headed the other way. Any rebound in her vicinity belongs to her. She is peeping now, but next year she could be jumping over the door with her athleticism, and vertical, and skillset. She is just that talented.

[player_tooltip player_id='400813' first='Asiana' last='McCreary'] is one of the sleeper-peepers in the top 30s. She is a three, four, and five wrapped in one body. On the offense, she can play with her back to the basket, And is very effective facing the basket at the wing position. She can shoot the three and can put the ball down and drive to the basket- especially against slower defenders. On the defensive end, McCreary is a problem for forwards and centers and does a good job of blocking shots and securing rebounds. In transition, She can “pick em up and put em down” with great speed. Her ability to trail on the break after a rebounds is must see tv. In the fall league she made some great plays in transition: shooting the jumper, leading the break, and finishing at the rim and that showed a lot of growth in her game. McCreary is as unselfish as they come and she sometimes sacrifices her natural game and assignments for the betterment of the team and matchups on the floor. College coaches have seen and offered her because of her versatility - knowing that she has the ability to kick those doors down as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='248680' first='Janiya' last='Swift'] has been sizzling on the scene since her middle school days. Her standout performance at Inside Exposure as an eighth grader still comes to mind. She was composed, confident, and showed she was built for the big moments. She's always had the tools to shoot, pass, and defend, and what really separated her was her basketball IQ. Several years later and swift reads defenses like text messages. And she has a message for the few prospects ahead of her - her game still sizzles and she reads the game as good as ever- her ball handling and ability to handle pressure is uncanny. Swift is a true floor general who can control the tempo and pace of a game and she is able to create for teammates or take it herself. She might be peeping at the door, but if you leave a crack, she will walk in - swiftly.

[player_tooltip player_id='874205' first='E'mani' last='Pryor'] is a strong interior player with rebounding instincts and a nice finishing touch around the rim. What stands out with Pryor is her athleticism, and physicality. She also runs the floor well and can finish with power and authority. Last year Pryor averaged nearly 12 and 8 and this year she she is poised to be a double double threat every time she steps on the floor.
