’26 PGs From Middle TN Ready To Breakout

The 2026 class is leaving a resounding legacy throughout the state. I have to go back and do the math, but so far (and we are still counting) this is the biggest class to have D1 athletes in the state at one time. Now, I could be wrong, but you are talking about an impactful class that has come in and set the standard for those behind them.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Don't get me wrong, it's not all about playing at the D1 level. It's about using basketball as a tool to further your education while accomplishing your dreams along the way. It's hard to be a collegiate athlete in general and this class is going to have some kids be just that, collegiate athletes.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As we continue to focus on the 2026 class, I would like to highlight some PGs who will be commanding the floor one last time in Tennessee. This young lady knows how to command a offense and put people inthe right spot. Mind you, she can get a bucket when needed, however her ability to distribute the rock is very impressive. She is a solid two-way player that will be heading to Western Carolina after this year. The shifty lefty is healthy and ready to unleash her game on opponents. She has a nice jumper she will release from afar, but attacking the paint and distributing the rock in tight spaces is what she does best. She too is also a tough defender who can lock up the other's team's best player. She is a heady ballplayer who will be playing somewhere at the next level. She is a 3 level scoring threat who can handle the rock with ease. Talk about someone who can knock down the triple, this young lady can do just that from the PG spot. She has great court vision, can exploit other team's weaknesses, but also turn around and defend, neurtralizing the other's team top guards. She will be looked upon to help lead the Lady Devilettes to Murfreesboro this upcoming year. She can score from multiple spots on the floor, make timely assists, but what I love about her game the most is her ability to attack. She plays fearlessly. She's a competitor. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help uplift her ballclub. If that means score 20, she is going to go out and do that. From the time she hooped in middle school until now, she has seized every opportunity given. She will be playing at Kentucky Weslyan next year, however before she heads off, she plans to lead Richland deep into state contention. The Trevecca commit is looking to regain form and lead the girls in purple. She's the type kid is a dynamic facilitator and one who creates havoc on D. Speed is the name of her game as it's an asset of hers. Look for her to showcase that and play an uptempo style of ball as the Lady Lions look to make a title run.
