In 2 games, she had 22 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists, 6 steals, and 2 blocks. This kid just plays ball at another level. She is one who accepts all challenges and does her best to excel. If she fails at something, she’s going to come right back even stronger. Ava is a leader who makes everyone else around her better. She doesn’t see weaknesses, but uses one strength as an asset. The Lipscomb program overcame some obstacles this past season to get right back to the state with a different cast of hoopers. No sweat, they had a leader who steered the ship the entire way. She is going to be a solid piece at Western Carolina. A pg who can score but also run an offense efficiently and effectively.

This heady floor general got after it and did all she could against a stingy defense. She scored 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. She was the spark plug at times as she hit big-time shots for the Lady Mustangs down the stretch. A top player who will be a solid addition at Western Carolina next season.

This Miss Tennessee nominee was just too much to handle for GPS. She knocked down clutch 3s, got to the rim with ease, and hit her open teammates so they could shoot in rhythm. She has 19 points in her team’s win. She was in the zone last night, and GPS didn’t have an answer for her. Ava was clearly the best player on the floor, and she carried herself as if no one could slow her down. This young lady will be up for the test against Knox Catholic on Friday. You better believe she will be ready to lead the cavalry as they resume their quest to get back to state contention.

This young lady has put in the work and has risen up among the best. A heady floor general who can create for herself off the bounce. I love her passing ability, her defense, and how she elevates the style of play of those around her. She is a leader, someone who is focused and will give her all in everything. She’s a Western Carolina signee with a strong work ethic. A young lady who is truly a dynamic ballplayer in every phase of the game.

A special talent that can change the course of the game at a moment’s notice. A solid two-way player, she can spearhead a spark in a club like no other. She plays the game hard, fast, and physical. She’s a tough competitor who loves competition. Proving doubters wrong is what she does best. A team player who looks to get others involved early and then takes over the show. She can create her own off the dribble, finish around the rim effectively, score within the framework of the offense, all the while locking up on the defensive end. Averaging 20ppg,5rpg,3 asp,3spg, and shoot 40% from the arc, she is one of the main reasons the Lady Mustangs are riding high this season. A Western Carolina signee, she has some unfinished business before heading out of state.

The Western Carolina signee is leading the charge as the Lady Mustangs are running in stride. The team’s captain has been filling it up, getting to the rim with ease, and knocking down 3-pointers. She has also been threading the needle, making timely assists against some good competition her squad has been facing in Gatlinburg. She’s a tough competitor who is one of the top kids in her district. Look for her to have the purple and black in a favorable position come February. They’ve come out of the gates strong and haven’t looked back yet. A Solid talent poised for a string of sensational games.

Guard for Lipscomb Academy High School, is the type of PG any coach in high school basketball would want.
The thing that stands out about Jarrett is her calmness and confidence on the court. She is always there for the big moments and thrives in them. A couple of things that help her shine when things get tense in games are her three-point shooting and playmaking.
Jarrett can knock down jumpers off the dribble and on catch and shoots. Jarrett is also a high-level passer; she locates her teammates in good scoring spots often and has the capacity to do it in creative ways. Throughout last year, she had several assists coming from behind-the-back passes.

AJ’s game has grown leaps and bounds as she hoops one more year for the Lady Mustangs. This young lady knows how to command a offense and put people inthe right spot. Mind you, she can get a bucket when needed, however her ability to distribute the rock is very impressive. She is a solid two-way player that will be heading to Western Carolina after this year. Until then, look for her to help lead the Lady Mustangs back to Cookeville to compete for the state crown.

She has received some D1 interest lately, and the train for her offers is about to take off. This kid is a Swiss army knife who can fill it up from all three levels. She can handle the rock, has a nice bag of moves that enable her to get to the basket, but give her any kind of space, she’s going to unleash a deadly punch step and let it fly. She is a tough competitor who will definitely continue to ascend on this trajectory that she is on.
