I attended the Expo up in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'll begin going through a handful of teams that I watched play today and highlighting the players I observed throughout the morning and early afternoon. I thought it was a productive day, as I had the opportunity to meet some players from around the state, and I found it to be my most enjoyable Expo since attending the event for the first time in 2021. Today, we'll look at Team Ten and discuss the players from that unit.

The Milto guard has the tools to take a step forward in her sophomore campaign. There was plenty of experience in the Red Hawks' ranks last season. However, they did have a few players graduate, and Klug could step into a more prominent role this winter. I thought she showed her ability to handle the ball and make plays with it in her hands, which will always have a place in any lineup she's in moving forward. She was willing to make passes through small windows on the offensive end and was creative enough to get good looks for herself or her teammates each time down the floor.

I liked what Biese brought to the floor at the Freshman Showcase a year ago, and I thought she has improved a lot over the last 12 months. She's a rangey wing who showed a versatile skillset on the offensive end of the floor. She showed signs of being a three-level threat on the offensive end, and I think she can reliably create her shot off the dribble. Biese has the tools to be a breakout player in the FVA this season and will be a player to keep an eye on this coming winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1312948' first='Samantha' last='Wall']

I thought Wall had a solid day in the frontcourt at The Expo. She utilized her size effectively to play around the basket and excelled whenever I saw her in the 3v3 or 5v5 portion of the event. I thought she worked hard away from the ball, even though she may not have gotten the ball as much as she deserved. However, I believe her physical tools are something that can help her continue elevating her game. She has the physical tools to be a talented two-way player at the high school level, and is someone that programs in the region will likely see at some point.
