[player_tooltip player_id='757579' first='Emerson' last='Timm'] of Arlington High School might be a sneaky steal for some collegiate program out there at the end of the day. Timm is a State leading prospect when it comes to being a pass-first PG. As a competitor she averaged over 6 APG last Winter for her program and this season should be much of the same. It's important to note that she also makes her presence known in the steals, rebounding, and scoring departments whenever needed. When you pair all of that along with someone who brings high energy, you get a hooper that could do some things at the next level. She just needs a shot.

If you are going to attack the lane against Hampton High School, you better be ready for [player_tooltip player_id='1116159' first='Sophia' last='Schulze'] to meet you. Schulze lead the State last Winter with over 4.7 BPG. This number is impressive for several reasons. To average this amount of blocks shows the energy and consistency that you have to compete with. You have to be willing to mix it up with everyone that might come near you - no matter the situation. You have to be willing to throw yourself in harms way at any given moment, while being disciplined enough to stay down on shot fakes. I'm not sure that Schulze will average this number once again this Winter but she will give it her all. If the system they had in place last year is what they use this Winter, I'm sure she will have a chance to come close to that number but we will see.

[player_tooltip player_id='1131125' first='Kailey' last='Patzel'] put together one of the more impressive seasons as a whole last Winter for her Junior year. Patzel, a 5'10 C/PF, has that combination of athletic ability, smarts, and size that all coaches love to work with. As a whole, Patzel averaged 15.4 PPG and 17.5 RPG in her efforts. Giving her a double-double on average throughout the entire seasons. As you can tell this is someone that is always on go. On both ends of the floor she is a force to deal with as she doesn't seem to ever stop or run out of energy. She just keeps going and going. It'll be interesting to see how her Newman Grove team competes over the next six months. If they work together and find their niche early on, it should be a great year.

Lincoln North Star High School is going to be favorite to make it back to the State Tournament this Winter with the roster they have on hand. They bring back everyone from last season and they add a killer in KJ Pinchon at the Forward position. Pinchon is someone who transferred into the state this Fall and she is going to be a tough matchup for most others to deal with. Not only does Pinchon have good size for her position, she also moves like a guard at times with the ability to knock down shots from every offensive level, while being very athletic. As long as she is put in favorable situations, they should thrive as a whole because she really is like that.

[player_tooltip player_id='1180573' first='Aspen' last='Billeter'] is someone that could be another steal for a collegiate program one day once she graduates the high school ranks. Billeter is very coordinated, pretty crazy, she possesses high energy on both sides of the ball, and she is always willing to adapt to a situation. She happens to be a prospect that I would consider a student of the game. She is always trying to learn new concepts in game strategy in her off-time and that stands out in real time when she is competing. Billeter put up respectable numbers last Winter as a Freshman but now she is ready to build on that moving into the future.
