2029 Player Rankings Update: 6-10

Sears, the 5'10 CG, is moving all around the floor so far this year, playing whichever Guard position she is needed at when she is on the floor. When you are a young hooper in a successful program, you take what minutes you get and you make the most of those minutes. Sears progression over the next few years should continue to be noteworthy. She has better than average size for her age, she is understands how the game is played from a strategic standpoint, and she has shown up against elite competition over her young career so far. In this Update, Sears sits right outside the Top Five at #6. Muller has been one of the more shocking prospects out of the 2029 Class so far. We knew there was potential here with Muller knowing her situation and what her sisters have turned into over-time but she has been showing up and producing on multiple occasions for the Maroons to kick things off. Which is noticeable for anyone watching from an outside point-of-view. Muller is listed as a SF but she competes more as a 3 or CG. It seems that she mainly likes to attack from the outside in a number of different ways. Defensively, she can also switch onto multiple positions while communicating through screens and she isn't afraid to get physical when it calls for it next to the bucket. Keith, the 5'8 PG/SG, has been producing all over the hardwood from the outside. She is catching and knocking down buckets from deep as she is contested, she is getting to the hoop off the dribble when she see's weaknesses in the defense, and she is playing aggressive but calculated ball on both sides of the floor. Keith sits at #8 in this Update as we move into the toughest part of the Winter season. Bartels, the 6'2 C/PF, has had to grow up a bunch over the past few months while stepping in for the programs injuries starting Center. Bartels shows that raw potential in the lane. She has size, physicality, footwork, balance, a soft touch, and a calm head on her shoulders under pressure from what we've seen. After having to be their top dawg in the middle this Winter, Bartels should see the starting line up for the rest of her career with the Rams, even when their Center returns from injury. Bartels holds down the #9 spot in this Update with an intriguing upside moving into the New Year. Tanny is a 6'0 PG with some fundamental skill to her play-style. She loves to play off of two feet as she attacks off the bounce, giving her the option to counter if she is ever cut off. She rebounds and assists others at a higher rate than most for her age-group. All while being a sound defender on and off of the basketball. Tanny might be competing at a smaller high school throughout the state of Iowa right now but she has shown up over her career on the road with her [program_tooltip program_id='712377' first='All' last='Iowa Attack'] AAU team as well so we know that she can produce when it matters.
