<p>Makayla wasted no time rocking and rolling in her sophomore season! In five games before the new year, she knocked down 19 threes, including a season-high 6 in a win over North Star Academy. She hit that mark three more times, in consecutive wins over Hasbrouck Heights & Memorial and a few games later against American History. </p>

<p>After connecting for only 3 threes in the first three games of the season, she got hot in a hurry! Raina sank a season-high 6 triples against Fair Lawn in mid-January, and tied that total in games against Demarest, River Dell, Paramus Catholic and Mahwah. In fact, those 6 against Mahwah came in a big playoff quarterfinal win. She's totaled a whopping 145 threes in two seasons of high school ball.</p>

<p>Addy enters Year 3 will the goal of eclipsing 200 threes for her career. She has 129 to her name after a big sophomore campaign of sharpshooting. A career-high 5 triples came just three games into the season vs Morris Knolls. She went on to repeat that in games against West Essex, Newark Academy and Becton, with the latter coming in a playoff QF duel. </p>

<p>Aletha nearly doubled her total from freshman to sophomore year and eclipsed 100 career threes along the way. She set a single-game career-high 6 triples in the fourth game of the season vs Gov. Livingston and marked other notable performances against Manville (5- twice), Union Catholic (4) and South Hunterdon (4).</p>

She went on to match that total in games against Union City and Dumont toward season's end. Other highlights include 4 triples against Snyder and 4 against Ridgewood in the playoff quarters.</p>

<p>Jayah put up impressive numbers and did it against the very best. Her single-game career-high 6 threes came twice against Mount St. Dominic; in January and again in February. She drilled 4 triples against Cathedral (MA), 3 against nationally-ranked Morris Catholic, 3 against nationally-ranked LuHi (NY) and 3 in the sectional final vs GSB.</p>

The long range sniper hit a career-high 5 threes in January [with Mahwah] vs River Dell, then against vs River Dell in February and Indian Hills the game after. Her hot shooting continued in the postseason, with 5 triples in the First Rd against Elmwood Park and 4 in a QF loss to Pascack Valley. </p>

She hit that mark once more [against Lyndhurst] and had strong shooting performances vs Harrison (4) and Garfield (4). She is likely to reach 200 career triples before it's all said and done (currently at 177).</p>

<p>BJT's freshman campaign was one to be proud of. She knocked down 3 triples in her high school debut vs North Brunswick and never looked back, notching a season-high 5 just a few games later vs Edison (first meeting). Other highlights include 4 threes in back-to-back games against Perth Amboy and Edison (second meeting), 4 against Highland Park and 4 against Rahway. Her game has a lot of promise and potential!</p>
