After attending the Eleva-Strum and Arcadia game last night, the plan is to see Eau Claire Memorial travel to Hudson and take on the Raiders in a high-profile Big Rivers Conference game with plenty on the line. However, the weather may have something to say about that game tipping off as scheduled tonight. While I wait on whether that game will happen tonight, let's talk about some intriguing talents from around the state.

The Laconia guard has been an effective scoring guard who has helped keep the Spartans in games against some talented teams in their non-conference schedule. Redman proved she can play against talented programs and find ways to help her team compete at a high level. Her ability to complement the talent around her has allowed her to excel. She can play on the ball or away from it and make things happen in her own way, which I appreciate about her game, and she will continue improving.

[player_tooltip player_id='838113' first='Avery' last='Werfal']

Werfal has been the barometer of how well Appleton North has played over the past few seasons. She has been asked to do a lot within the Lightning's offense, and she has done a solid job helping her team compete in a challenging FVA schedule. She has always been a player who can score with volume, and has been the player at or near the top of opposing scouting reports since her first high school season. She has the talent to help her team compete on any given night.

[player_tooltip player_id='1275661' first='Jordan' last='Ohman']

The Menomine guard is a physical guard with the athletic tools to make things happen off the dribble. She has the burst to beat her initial defender off the dribble and power her way to the basket against Big Rivers foes. Ohman has been a player who has steadily raised her stock since July, and she's had some massive performances in the first half of the season for her Mustangs group. She's a name to know heading into the upcoming AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='509716' first='Sage' last='Miskel']

The Whitefish Bay guard is one of the top players left on the board in the 2026 class. Miskel has improved her perimeter game over the past two seasons and is a player whom defenses can sag off and wait for her to drive. Her ability to space the floor and knock down shots has made her a more diverse offensive player who can score from anywhere on the floor. She has always been a productive defensive guard, passer, and physical player, but adding to her game has helped her develop.
