Nelson had two dominant home wins against playoff-caliber teams in the Mt. Hood Conference — 76-42 against Barlow and 66-40 against Clackamas. The team ball is on, everyone is contributing, and [player_tooltip player_id='832544' first='Nylah' last='Webster'] has found her drive, dish, and stroke. It was a shaky start to the season, but things are looking up for Nelson, who has what it takes to win the rest of its schedule.

10. South Salem (13-2, 2-1)

South Salem fell to rival West Salem despite transfer [player_tooltip player_id='921583' first='Chica' last='Casas']'s strong effort (20 points and 4 steals) to lead her team in a comeback.
