The 2026 rankings update went live yesterday, and today, we have some rankings content articles to share about the stock risers and new names added to the final iteration of the 2026 rankings. The first article I'll post will feature the stock risers in the class, and we'll close the day with some new additions to the top 100.

[player_tooltip player_id='953285' first='Sydney' last='Glynn']

Glynn may be the most improved player in the state this season. The Monona Grove senior has done a little of everything on both ends of the floor for the Silver Eagles and has been a game-changer for a mostly guard-oriented team. Glynn has used her size and skill to attack mismatches when they come her way, whether that means attacking off the dribble or getting into the post. The 5'11 wing/forward is a player who has given defenses a handful this season, and she will continue her playing career in the WIAC at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Marissa Mehlhorn

I made the trip up to the Fox Valley to watch Marissa Mehlhorn in person for the first time, that I can remember, and I was impressed by what she brought to the floor. She is an athletic wing who can handle the ball and play larger than her listed height when she crashes the glass. Mehlhorn has been a double-double threat at the small-school level and should bring an edge to that part of the game at the next level, at the bare minimum.

[player_tooltip player_id='889757' first='Brinna' last='Paulson']

The Oshkosh North may surprise people at the next level if she chooses to continue playing basketball, which she has the talent to do. Paulson is a talented perimeter shooter who can knock down shots from the perimeter in bunches and has shown she can create space with a dribble to get her shot off. Paulson is an athletic kid who will get better on the defensive end of the floor with more reps against players at the collegiate level.

[player_tooltip player_id='624964' first='Ashiya' last='Hopkins']

The Wisconsin Dells native is a player I've highlighted numerous times this season. She has been an excellent perimeter shooter and used her strength to protect the ball and help maximize her team's offensive possessions. Hopkins is another player with an argument for being the most improved player in the state this season and may be someone who earns some sort of all-state recognition in Division 3 . She's been that good all season, and she is a player I'm eager to see play at the next level, if she chooses to continue playing.
