Class of 2029: Next Five

Gardow has been one of the better scorers in her class in their first season of high school basketball. She has the confidence to attack the basket with the ball in her hands, and she doesn't hesitate to shoot when she has space on the perimeter. Gardner is among the most impressive young guards in Wisconsin. Gardner is a skilled player who has the footwork to work through space and the ability to hurt defenses from all three levels. I also like her ability to play through contact and finish around the basket. She has the tools to be a player who can pick defenses apart in multiple ways. She is a high-IQ player who understands how to attack defenses as a passer, ball handler, or scorer. Cumicek has played a role alongside talented players for the Tritons and excelled as a floor spacer in her first season of high school basketball. Cumicek will show more of her talent as a playmaker as some of her teammates graduate, but it says a lot that her coaches trust her as a newcomer at one of the traditional powers in high school basketball in Wisconsin.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
