<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1777865' first='Molly' last='Spidel'] continues her strong sophomore campaign and has carried that momentum into the postseason in a big way. In the opening round of the 14th District Tournament, Spidel poured in a game-high 35 points, went a perfect 8/8 from the free-throw line, grabbed six rebounds, and knocked down three triples to lead Greenwood to a convincing 58–40 win over South Warren. The Lady Gators now advance to the district championship, where they will face Bowling Green at Warren Central tomorrow.</p>

Green County will now look to claim its third consecutive 18th District title as the Lady Dragons prepare to face LaRue County on Friday, with Brockman continuing to anchor the paint.</p>

Watson finished with a team-high 25 points and pulled down nine rebounds, battling until the final buzzer in what marked the final game of her high school career.</p>
