Has Baltimore Basketball Surpassed DC?

The Battle in Baltimore showed us some things about the current state of the two and gave us something to think about. She made a 3, then another and side stepped into another. She used a variety of advanced moves that may have gone unnoticed by most people. She had one of her toughest challenges staying in front of Jezelle Banks which is nearly impossible but she did a pretty good job.
