Tonight, the plan is to head out into Big Eight country for the first time in over a month and watch a game for the first time, for myself, at Middleton High School as the Cardinals welcome in a talented Milwaukee Academy of Science team to the Madison area. However, before I head out later today, we'll look at some players to know as we near the end of the regular season.

[player_tooltip player_id='842231' first='Toria' last='DeVoe']

The Belleville guard has been one of the most productive guards in the Capitol Conference over the past half-decade. DeVoe has been a consistent shooter and has developed into one of the more impressive small-school scorers over the past four years. She's a 20-plus point per game player, and her ability to attack off the dribble and score from all three levels makes her one of the more challenging players to slow down at the small-school level.

[player_tooltip player_id='751240' first='Autumn' last='Crowe']

The St. Mary Catholic wing has been a player who has done everything for her Zephyrs' team, and has done it all season long. Crowe is capable of posting a 20-point and 20-rebound game anytime she's stepped on the floor this season. She is a high-motor kid who has flown after any loose ball she's seen, and has been one of the more impressive offensive rebounders when I've seen her in person or watched one of her games back on stream.

[player_tooltip player_id='992508' first='Macy' last='Stremlow']

Stremlow has been one of the more impressive sophomores in the state this season and has been a player worthy of being an all-conference player in the Big Eight. The Verona wing has played various roles depending on what her team needs from her in each possession. Watching her rebound, attack off the dribble, create for her teammates, and use her physicality on the defensive end has made her one of the more impressive players in the 2028 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='533059' first='Kelly' last='Boinski']

The Catholic Memorial senior has been a major reason the Crusaders have been one of the dark horses in D2 heading into the postseason this month. Boinski has been a reliable scorer who can attack the basket and play through contact around the basket. The senior is capable of undertaking a high-usage role and finding ways to help her team score. The Crusader is one of the more intriguing talents that remain uncommitted in the 2026 class. She can swing games in the postseason.
