We are down to the final four with the Division 3 state semi-finals starting tomorrow. Today I will be pointing out one player, from each team, that will be key to their team's chances of taking home the gold ball on Saturday.

[player_tooltip player_id='533060' first='Ady' last='Ketterhagen']-Oostburg

28-0 Oostburg looks to be the class of the Division 3 field and arguably the best team in all of Wisconsin. With so much talent, it is tough to settle on just one key player so I will go with the most obvious choice in the school's all-time leading scorer, 5-10 senior Addy Ketterhagen. The UW-GB commit has the Flying Dutchmen on the precipice of a second straight gold ball. For the season she is averaging 20.6 ppg, 7.1 rpg, 2.2 apg, 3.5 spg while shooting 51.7% from the field, 48.2% from three, and 86.2% from the free-throw line.

Paetyn Jirschele-Mosinee

Mosinee comes in as one of the hottest teams in Division 3 fresh off of a 58-53 win over previously undefeated Wittenberg-Birnamwood a team they lost to on opening night. The key player, to the Indians 24-4 season, has been 5-6 sophomore Paetyn Jirschele. Averaging 16 ppg, 3.2 rpg, 3.6 apg, and 3.4 spg, she will be tasked with not only carrying the bulk of the scoring load but also locking up one of Oostburg's talented Ketterhagen sisters on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id='931583' first='Brooklyn' last='Luehring']-Kettle Morain Lutheran

Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='931583' first='Brooklyn' last='Luehring'] seems to shine brightest on the biggest stage that none more evident then the Sectional final when she went for 25 points and was clutch knocking down 11 out of 13 free-throws in the Chargers 70-43 win over Milwaukee Academy of Science. Averaging 14.2 ppg, 5 rpg, 3.1 apg, and 2.9 spg she has the 27-1 Chargers, and their 36 point tournament margin of victory, looking like a strong choice to make it to Saturday's championship game.

[player_tooltip player_id='598735' first='Natalie' last='Backhaus']-Wisconsin Dells

28-0 Wisconsin Dells, the # 3 seed in this season's tournament, are led by University of Sioux Falls commit, 6-0 senior [player_tooltip player_id='598735' first='Natalie' last='Backhaus'], the school's all-time leading scorer (boys and girls). She will be a handful for Kettle Moraine to stop averaging 20.9 ppg, 11.1 rpg, 2.4 apg, 2.7 spg, 1.3 bpg while shooting 58.8% from the field, 36% from three, and 77.5% from the free-throw line.
