Hopkins wasted no time making her mark as a freshman, lighting up the scoreboard from all over the court. She finishes strong at the rim and can drain threes with good accuracy. Her athleticism is quietly explosive, allowing her to sky for rebounds and block shots. Hopkins runs the floor well in transition, always getting into a position to score. Next season, expect Hopkins to take on a larger leadership role. She is set to make huge strides on both ends of the floor. Her long-range efficiency will certainly take a big leap forward. The future shines bright for Hopkins!     Newbins is a pro's pro at the point guard position. She plays the position with the poise of a seasoned veteran, dictating the game's rhythm with confidence. Her ball-handling under pressure is a hidden gem. She weaves through defenders to set up teammates for easy buckets. Newbins attacks the rim decisively and always seems to make the right play. On defense, her quickness and tenacity makes her a constant nuisance. Next season, expect Newbins to elevate her game and stake her claim as the top point guard in her class.     Dreessen turned heads as a freshman, averaging 11 points and over 8 rebounds per game. With her older sister graduating, the 6'2 standout is set to become Pine Creek's primary scoring threat. She finishes smoothly around the basket and crashes the boards for second-chance points. Dreessen's free-throw accuracy punishes defenders who send her to the line. On defense, she contests shots smartly and avoids foul trouble, keeping her impact steady. Next season, expect Dreessen to blossom into a double-double force.     Hamman's all-around game will be vital for Kent as they look to replace their top scorer and captain. She can knock down open three-pointers, especially in catch-and-shoot opportunities from the corners or wings. Hamman can muscle through defenders for tough layups on her drives. Her passing vision is often underrated, as she can find teammates in perfect spots. Her size lets her anchor the paint or defend on the perimeter. Next season, expect Hamman to elevate her playmaking and step confidently into a leadership role.     Meurer's playoff performance this year can springboard her into a breakout sophomore season. She raised her game when it mattered most, averaging 12.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4 steals in the postseason. Fearless in big moments, Meurer delivered clutch plays all season and grew more confident with every game. Next year, the 5'11 wing is poised to emerge as a major force for Arvada West.     With Valor graduating two key seniors and losing over half its scoring, Herbek looks to fill that void as a scoring threat. Her fearless drives to the hoop and reliable outside shot will be crucial. After a season of learning, Herbek surged late, capping it off with a 16-point outburst in the Sweet 16. These clutch performances have fueled her confidence and set the stage for a breakout next year. Herbek has all the tools to make a splash and take her game to the next level.     Clark finished her freshman season on a high note, growing more confident with every game. She became a starter late in the season, helping Mead make a playoff run to the Great 8. She delivered in the clutch, sinking key shots and showing a knack for big moments. Offensively, Clark can drive to the basket and knock down open three-pointers. She is tenacious on defense and creates havoc with her energy. As she continues to adapt to the high school game, expect Clark to make major strides as a sophomore.
