EYBL Circuit Session 1 - 2028 Names to Remember in the Southeast

Many teams hit the road this past weekend for the first NCAA live period of the AAU season. The EYBL circuit was held on the west coast in Phoenix, Arizona at the Phoenix Convention Center. There were twenty-four courts filled with an abundance of talent and the baselines were full of college coaches watching intently. Among the deep pool of talent there were several prospects from the southeast that stood out with their strong performances on the court.    A long lanky athlete that definitely has a next level body. Harleigh is showing signs of greatness by the way she runs the floor in transition making things happen on both ends of the court. One of her biggest attributes at this time is the way she defends and blocks shots. She makes it extremely difficult for players to get a pass around her or a shot off. As she continues developing all of her offensive skills she is going to be dangerous.     The only 2028 that is playing up on [program_tooltip program_id='713538' first='Carolina' last='Flames'] 17u team. She fit right in with the team whether she was playing the point guard or the scoring guard. Kaleigh knocked down some key three point shots at times that were nothing but net. She also showed a nice floater game when she was shooting over longer defenders. Defensively, she made it tough on the opposing team by always being around the ball and playing savy defense.     An athletic forward that impacts the game in a multitude of ways. She has good hands and great touch around the basket. She can bang and finish with contact or she can show finesse with her soft shot. She runs the floor well and is always a contender battling for the boards. Jakaila also has a canty ability to block shots.     A three-level scorer that is smooth on the offensive end. Justice can knock down catch and shoot three's, can pull up and hit jumpers off one and two dribbles and she can find her way to the rim. Alexander is also a good rebounder at her position. Defensively, she is holding her own and can be a mismatch problem.     Lydia showed she has a beautiful shot from beyond the arc. Coaches were "oohing and aahing" in admiration of the way she shoots the ball. Cipriano has next level length as a perimeter player. The more she can work on her agilities and quickness on the defensive side of the ball she will become an even more dominant force. Her future is definitely bright!     If you are in need of a point guard who can get paint touches every time she touches the ball look no further. Gia's speed, quickness and high IQ lands her in the paint and then her creativity puts points on the scoreboard. Sometimes it is her being shifty and scoring through defenders and other times it is her passing out to shooters after she draws the defender. Wilson is a 94-foot   / defender that will harass you every step of the way.     A true dynamic point guard that knows how to score. Kennedy has a tough mid-range game that utilizes a variety of moves. She scores off the bounce with a nice hesitation move and finishes with a pull up jumper. She also uses the cross over well breaking defenders down. Her floater game is on par too. Caldwell knows how to win as her high school team is two-time state champion.
