Claflin assistant coach Mike Bland has been hard at work scouting Berkeley. Caldwell was the third of three Stags to land a Panthers offer. Caldwell is another who is set to resume her travel schedule with Palmetto 76ers/A’ja Wilson Elite with June’s camp month in the books. Last season, Caldwell would play in all 28 games for Berkeley and she has competed at the varsity level since she was in middle school. She would average 7.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.9 steals per game last season. Caldwell was one of four 2028s from last season’s Stags team as well as one of its two team co-captains.  

A true dynamic point guard that knows how to score. Kennedy has a tough mid-range game that utilizes a variety of moves. She scores off the bounce with a nice hesitation move and finishes with a pull up jumper. She also uses the cross over well breaking defenders down. Her floater game is on par too. Caldwell knows how to win as her high school team is two-time state champion.

Kennedy is just one part of the Caldwell sister connection for the Lady Stags down in Moncks Corner. Caldwell a point guard really can guide the show from out top. She will slash and get the ball into the paint and gaps at will at times. Kennedy was able to finish drives here today at the rim.
