[player_tooltip player_id='1005370' first='Adia' last='Fancher'] transferred to Barlow (6A) after her freshman season at Corbett (3A), and she established herself as an offensive leader for the Bruins from the first tipoff of the season. Fancher surpassed 1000 career points, was named Mt. Hood Conference Player of the Year, and was voted to the 6A All-State Third Team as a sophomore. The 5-foot-10 combo guard does everything well (especially her efficient three-point shooting and ability to create off the bounce) and has a high ceiling at the point guard position. But what's especially impressive is Fancher's attitude — she is a positive force on the court with a growth mindset. Watch for the 2028 on the Power 24 circuit with [program_tooltip program_id='1035055' first='Northwest' last='Select'] this spring.

Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1232847' first='Kinley' last='Buse'] was named to the Three Rivers League Second Team and played a key role in West Linn's state title run. The 6-foot forward defended above her size at the 5. She used her strength and length to battle for position inside against Division 1-level bigs to protect the rim and win rebounds. Her ability to shoot, drive, and pass is only improving. Watch out for Buse on the Power 24 circuit with [program_tooltip program_id='1035055' first='Northwest' last='Select'].

[player_tooltip player_id='1248769' first='Samantha' last='Carlston'] started at point guard for Central Catholic as a sophomore and was named to the Mt. Hood Conference First Team in her debut varsity season. Carlston showed her ability to create for herself and her teammates from all three levels. She is a smart player with great handles and vision. The multisport athlete can run the point and defend for 32+ minutes — she gets her strong motor from running cross country.

[player_tooltip player_id='1262990' first='Jeslyn' last='Armas'] is a competitive role player who can knock down threes and win important possessions. The 5-foot-6 shooting guard was awarded a Pacific Conference Honorable Mention in her sophomore season at Sherwood. Armas is a shooting threat who draws a perimeter closeout and can sneak by the defender on the bounce to find the open pass or the lane to the rim. She has been a quiet impact player for the Bowmen since her freshman year (or not-so-quiet when she connected on five three-pointers against Benson in her debut season!). Whether she starts or comes off the bench, Armas gets after it on both ends of the floor. She has a strong motor, is all over the place defensively, and rebounds relentlessly. The multisport athlete can also be found on the soccer and softball fields.
