We are midway through the Spring, and we have updated the prospect rankings in all four graduating classes currently enrolled in high school. For the ladies in the Class of 2029, this is the first time any of them have truly been ranked on PGH Indiana. The overall list (rankings & watch list included) has expanded from 75 total prospects to 100 total prospects, and there is now a Top 25. With that said, below is a look at all of the shooting guard prospects in the Class of 2029. Below the rankings chart are some quick updates on a handful of uncommitted prospects.

Journey is a long, wiry-strong, athletic wing who can at times act as sort of point forward. She's a nice slashing scorer, but all-in-all, she is a creator of offense. Franklin Central has a loaded and deep 2027 class, and there were several times this past Winter when Journey was the most important player on the floor for the Lady Flashes. Her athletic approach is just a different element for Franklin Central, and she can defend with versatility as well. She could be a fun one to watch develop her game over the next three years.

Tatum was a part of a Ben Davis backcourt that often started three Freshmen all season in 2025-2026. She is another long and wiry wing, she's a capable perimeter shooter, but she's also a smooth and fluid athlete who can put it on the floor and glide to the basket. She looks like she might still have another inch or two to grow, and once she finishes growing, she'll no doubt get stronger and continue to improve her consistency, especially shooting the ball. She also does a nice job of using her length defensively.

I added Kylah to the Freshman watch list a while back, and I warned everyone she'd be one to watch. Well, she has been receiving NCAA Division I interest and offers since the middle of the high school season. She is extremely long, fluid, smooth, but also skilled. She averaged 15.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 2.5 steals per game for the Lady Eagles. As she finishes growing and gets a little stronger, she is going to be a real handful. She could continue to rise up our rankings over the next couple of years.

Unlike Mt. Vernon in Fortville, Mt. Vernon in Posey County is not known as much of a successful girls' basketball program. But the 2025-2026 season offered a great deal of hope for the future, and Stella was a huge part of it. She is yet another long and wiry guard, she moves around the floor almost effortlessly, and she has a little bounce to her. She is a talented multisport athlete for the Wildcats, in fact. Stella averaged 11.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.8 steals per game. She has a chance to be a really good prospect long-term.
