At every level, some players have summers who make them intriguing prospects for programs at every level. We've seen D1 players break onto the scene when they've played in front of more eyes, kids with impressive garner significant D2 interest, and kids earn half a dozen offers from WIAC programs in a given summer. Today, we will look at a few players who may garner interest and opportunities from programs to play at the next level before AAU ends.

What I love about MontMarquette's game is that she wins everywhere she plays. It's not a coincidence that Appleton East improved since she got on campus, and she's not scoring 30 every game. She does all the right things on both ends of the floor. She defends with discipline, makes plays on the ball when possible, makes open shots, moves the ball, doesn't waste time with the ball in her hands, and doesn't force anything. She makes winning plays, and her teams win games, simple as that.

The talent is there for the Pius wing to be an impactful two-way player, and we see glimpses of that now and again. On the road against Brookfield East, Jackson scored an easy-looking double and took advantage of what the defense gave her, and crashed the offensive glass. She can be a mismatch nightmare at her best, and she's slowly putting everything together. I like where things are trending with her.

Playing an age level up on the 17u EYBL circuit is a good way to catch coaches' attention, and I'm sure that's exactly what the Janesville product will do this spring and summer. Stevens can impact the game on both ends of the floor and is a versatile player. She can play on or off ball, defend multiple positions, score from all three levels, and her grit will be noticeable. She can swing a game, and even though she may not be the focal point for her AAU team, she will have a role to play in a potential EYBL run.

The defensive prowess Rudnick brings to the floor is something you'll notice quickly. She's a physical player who wasn't afraid to be physical with 18-year-olds over the high school season. The Seymour native is also a player who can attack the basket and play through contact around the rim. There is plenty of room for growth as she ages, but she plays in a desperate fashion, which will help her stand out this spring and summer.
