I love the decision-making she has when she gets the ball. She moves it well and would do well in a motion offense at the next level. I think she’s a solid shooter who can space the floor and create her own shot off the dribble. I also like her ability to move her feet on the perimeter and stay in front of her defensive assignment. She doesn’t need the ball to be an impact player on both ends of the court,

I have always liked how MontMarquette plays no matter where she is or whatever the situation is. The Appleton native makes the right play whenever she’s on the floor, which leads to her team winning games more so than they would without her. She’s capable of playing any role on the floor, and is one of the few players I’ve seen who doesn’t seem to worry about what her individual numbers are at the end of a game. She’s a winner.

I have always liked what MontMarquette brings to the floor because she’s a winning player who doesn’t need to score 20 points to be a difference-maker. She makes the right plays whenever she’s on the floor and connects everything with her four teammates. She can defend multiple positions, handle the ball, make good reads, space the floor, and make things simple for everyone else on the floor. She has helped her team reach a state tournament and win a regional title in her two seasons thus far, and that’s no accident.

What I love about MontMarquette’s game is that she wins everywhere she plays. It’s not a coincidence that Appleton East improved since she got on campus, and she’s not scoring 30 every game. She does all the right things on both ends of the floor. She defends with discipline, makes plays on the ball when possible, makes open shots, moves the ball, doesn’t waste time with the ball in her hands, and doesn’t force anything. She makes winning plays, and her teams win games, simple as that.
