Quarterman plays with excellent defensive instinct and is consistently disruptive as an on and off-ball defender. She is small but mighty! Ford is a sneaky defender and seems to come out of nowhere to hunt down the ball. At 5'9" she plays in the front court but can also connect behind the arc. Ford finishes well at the rim on the left and right. She gets her defender on her hip consistently and is a threat for a dump pass on rim finish. This is a guard to watch. I also loved watching her on defensive prowess. She's hungry for the ball and opponents better be on their toes when she intercepts the pass.
