The opening games at Brawl at the Palms offered a picture of Florida's next wave of talent, featuring players from multiple age groups who made a strong impression. While execution wasn't always perfect—a natural part of player development—the flashes of athleticism, skill, competitiveness, and basketball IQ were front and center. Several prospects separated themselves through their energy to set the tone. There wasn't much shooting from the perimeter, but these players attacked off the dribble and flourished in the open court, and that is where the majority of the players excelled. In this article, we highlight the prospects of setting the tone for the game and for a talented 15U division.

[player_tooltip player_id='1860728' first='Kimora' last='Marseille'] was one of the most active players on the basketball court. Few players influenced both ends of the floor like Marseille. Her athleticism immediately stood out as she jumped passing lanes, generated steals, and turned defensive stops into coast-to-coast fastbreaks. Offensively, she attacked the rim aggressively, finished plays in traffic, and showcased a lot of creativity- euro steps and floaters at the rim. Marseille also showed very good court vision and flashed a strong passing ability. Her activity level, energy, and ability to make plays made her one of the day's true tone setters.

Boltz displayed toughness and determination throughout the game, drawing fouls and converting difficult finishes at the rim. When Boltz didn't get the bucket, she got to the line and knocked down free throws. Despite not being the biggest player on the floor, she was definitely one of the toughest.
