R.C is one of the top PG's that Iowa has had to offer the last couple of years at the Varsity level. She is truly someone that plays like a dawg on defensive while making everyone better on offense because of her ability to create and facilitate. She knows how to be a leader, always leading by example to those around her and I don't expect that to change at the next level. Croatt has a handful of D1 options at the end of the day. If she keeps progressing and comes back with some fire this Winter, her team should be the favorites to hoist the 5A State Trophy when the season comes to an end but we will have to wait to see how that plays out.

Ari Phillips should have more offers at this point in her career. She is being underrated by several college coaching staffs out there but everything happens for a reason so I'm sure that she will end up in the right place when the dust settles. Phillips wants to be a PG in college and I think she could thrive at that position. She gets joy out of assisting others, just as much as she does scoring while being pretty well rounded on both sides of the floor. Phillips is going to grab more offers before she ends up committing. Where to? Who knows. If she puts together some weekends to remember in July with her Battlers team, there could be anyone watching from afar. She just needs to keep up the hard work.

I love the production that Tylee Weite is producing with her Minnesota Fury GUAA squad. Weite is a knock down shooter, who is slowing building on her play style as she gets older. She is demonstrating that she can handle more and more, she rebounds at a steady rate, she has situational awareness, and she seems like someone that everyone else on the team likes to be around. This is another hooper with D1 offers from all over. She has the pick of the litter, per se and that stack of offers is only going to grow until she ends up committing.

Lillie Spicer received a D1 offer from UNI early on in her high school career but since then we haven't heard too much. Spicer, the 6'0 PF, is a dominate post player. She primarily works in between the blocks as someone that is suppose to clean up the glass and control traffic that comes near. Her back to the basket capabilities are solid when she has adequate time + space and she knows how to play help-side defense to a T. We will see if Spicer ends up taking the UNI offer after all. She is right in the middle of a nice AAU campaign out of DSM with her AIA program so as long as she continues to produce there, I'm sure there will be more eyes on her until she finds a home. Just like everyone else that is listed in this article.

You could debate that Sira Doumbia has had the best Spring overall as a college recruit this AAU season. Doumbia has received some D1 & D2 offers since competing with the Phenom and I don't see her slowing down moving back into high school ball during the month of June. As long as she continues to play with discipline by the basket, she is going to be just fine. You can't teach height and Doumbia is a true 6'3 with some balanced coordination so you know how that story can go.
