Players Who May Catch Your Attention in Appleton

She was a very different player from when I first saw her at the second iteration of the Kettle Moraine Thanksgiving event, and from when I saw her play against Mukwonago late in the season. Schuman is a player who can create with the ball and be the focal point of an offense at the high school level. The Madison native is a skilled lead guard who can do a little of everything at the point of attack. However, I love her approach to every game and how she never seems to be distracted by anything happening around her. There is a poise to her game that few guards ever have, and that's her personality as a whole. She's a player whom her teammates have trusted with the ball. She has the physicality and edge that Lexi brought to the frontcourt in the brief time I saw her play, and can create in her own way, which is more like Taylor, even though she's among the best creators I've seen. Macy is a kid who has bought into playing winning basketball, whatever that means in a given game. She can defend multiple positions and can make plays off the dribble.
