[player_tooltip player_id='934760' first='Lillian' last='Sanchez'] connected on several mid-range jumpers, knocked down shots from beyond the arc, and consistently got to the rim with her quickness and speed. Her decision-making, offensive versatility, and overall production were on full display throughout the day. Sanchez's ability to score at all three levels made her one of the standout performers on Day One of the 2026 FABC Showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='514910' first='Ja'Niya' last='Corbin'] knocked down several threes and scored in transition through a lot of contact. Corbin showed the toughness in one of the most physical contests of the day between Wildwood and Blountstown. The game featured some of the most athletic guards you will see in one game. Corbin rebounded well and defended with quickness and physicality on the perimeter and ironically in the paint as well. The athletic guard scored at all levels, but it was the tone she set on defense that set her apart on Day One at the FABC.

[player_tooltip player_id='1261851' first='Shea' last='Donovan'] (cover) was on her game, attacking the basket from both sides of the floor and finishing with flair around the rim. Donovan brings the production at the rim and the flair as she retreats down the court after a basket. Defensively, the young guard was physical, competitive, and disruptive, generating steals both on the ball and in the passing lanes. In a matchup featuring two state champions, Booker T. Washington and Bishop Kenny, Donovan emerged as one of the game's top performers. Donovan continued to showcase the athleticism, speed, and relentless motor that set her apart from many of the guards in the building. Her ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor was evident and made her one of the top young guards in the building.

[player_tooltip player_id='1731676' first='Jelaiyah' last='Williams'] showcased speed, athleticism, and decision making from the point guard position. The young guard continually got up and down the court keeping the opponent on its heals. Williams broke the defense down and showcased her passing and ability to finish at the rim through pressure. Where Williams really excelled was in the transition game. She simply ran away from the opponent and scored often on the break. Williams was one of the more electrifying guards in the building.

[player_tooltip player_id='646515' first='Zoey' last='Brown'] showcased the skillset that has made her one of the toughest smaller guards in the State. Last year at the FABC a college coach said she was a top 5 talent in the building. Brown is looking for the encore at the FABC 2026 event and is off to a good start. Her ability to defend on the ball and in the passing lanes was on display. Brown had some impressive stop and pops in the midrange and some grab and goes after the rebound. Her ability to rebound the ball from the guard position was impressive and made her one of the top guards in the building on Day One of the FABC showcase.

The game seems to have slowed down for [player_tooltip player_id='1003136' first='Skylar' last='Wilson'] and her play at the point guard position was very impressive. Wilson was methodical on the floor and time and time again she got into the paint and made defenders pay. Wilson made bounce passes to her bigs after drawing the double team. Ribault has the scorers and Wilson is showing she can drive the bus, possibly to UNF at the end of the season next year.
