The number 4 ranked player in the 2027 class is going to be a steal for whichever college she chooses to play for. Neshem is lightning quick with an incredible motor. She is one of the hardest playing girls I have watched and she doesn't seem to get tired. Her competitive nature is top notch and her athletic ability will translate well to the Division 2 level. I think she would be a great fit in the Northern Sun. The 1st-Team All-State player can do it all on the floor. It is going to be fun to see where she ends up.

Katie "The Bulldog" Burchill (give credit to me when you use this nickname!), is patiently waiting to make a decision on where to play college hoops. The Valley City star has an impressive awards case that features back-to-back Class A Championships and back-to-back Class A Tournament MVP awards. She is a bully around the basket and uses her strength exceptionally well. Her raw strength, effort, and enthusiasm around the basket is hard for opponents to match. She holds a handful of Division 2 offers and I expect her to do well at that level.

I haven't heard much about Morgan in her recruiting journey as it is difficult for me to get out that far to watch her play in person. However, I am extremely impressed with what I have seen from watching film. Snyder is a quality athlete with a killer jump shot. Her ability to get past defenders for buckets at the rim is a sight to see. I appreciate her willingness to play on both sides of the ball. She uses her quick hands to force steals that translate into easy scoring opportunities for herself or her teammates. Morgan is a multi-year All-State selection who is itching for a chance to play at the next level.

Jordyn is a really fun player to watch. She competes on both ends of the court and is a high-quality two-way player. Her defense leads to scoring opportunities and she is a steal machine. Her longer reach is disruptive for opposing team's guards and she is smart with getting into passing lanes. Carpenter is one of the smartest players in this class and can plug-and-play into many different schemes. Her shooting ability shines bright amongst her other talents. She is her team's best player and was tasked with leading them in all statistical categories in 25-26. She has potential to be an extremely effective college athlete.

It is my understanding that Lesko is still recovering from an injury that nearly ended her season. She was able to come back and compete in the Class B State Tournament off the bench, showing incredibly grit and determination. Her ability to show up for her teammates helped lead LLM to a State Championship. This shows her incredible value and leadership to her squad. Any college that offers Onika is getting a great teammate and respected leader. Her strength and athletic ability will translate well to the NAIA, Junior College, or Division 3 level. She has a sweet looking shot with soft touch around the basket. Expect big things from Lesko in 26-27.

Sammy is a really good player for the Legacy Sabers with a ton of potential. With some hard work and determination, Sammy could find herself cracking the top 10 in the 2027 rankings. Her ceiling is higher than others due to her outstanding athletic ability. You don't see too many players on the court that move as well as Watson. She is an incredible defender. She understands gaps, is great at anticipating passes, and is extremely difficult to drive past individually. She is a natural in help side as a secondary defender. Sammy is high-level scorer with great efficiency. She fits a ton of marks for a great college guard.

Addison found herself cutting down the nets while being awarded Tournament MVP in 2026. Her stellar play was critical for the Loboes run and the state noticed. She was selected to the 1st-Team All-State Team as one of the top players in Class B. She is another quick and shifty guard who plays well on both ends. I like her demeaner with the ball and her decision making ability. She doesn't make many mistakes and is an absolute gamer, shining brightest when her team needs her the most. Smith and Lesko just might lead LaMoure-Litchville-Marion to back-to-back Class B Championships in 2027. That would be an incredible way to cap off a decorated career.
