Summer Rankings: Top 2028 Stock Risers

I watched her play this summer and think she is much closer to the 6'2-6'3 range. She towered over opponents and displayed some qualities that caught some NSIC coaches' eyes. She moves well for a post and is already a strong athlete. Her strength, height, and length make it difficult for opponents to score over her. She showed some promise on the offensive end. She has received offers from University of Mary, Black Hills State, University of Minnesota-Crookston, and Minot State University in just the last six weeks. It wouldn't surprise me if every school in the NSIC takes a shot at the Four Winds guard. She is a scoring machine and one of the best all-around scorers in the state. She started the 2025-2026 season dealing with a tough illness but was able to persevere and come in clutch in big moments towards the end of the season. She was critical in helping lead Davies to the EDC Tournament Championship and State Tournament Runner-Up. I expect her to take a huge step in terms of statistical production going forward. The Eagles only have 1 senior on their roster so they will also be looking for Sierra to help in the leadership department. The 5'7 combo guard has had a productive offseason and will be critical for Oak Grove to compete each night. Harper is an extremely aggressive player who isn't afraid to score. She is going to get a lot of attention from opposing teams' scouts and might find it harder as the season progresses to find her shot. She could really become a threat if she can use her scoring ability as a decoy and get her teammates involved for some open looks. She is a scoring machine and can score in multiple ways. She thrives at getting to the basket and is hard to stop going to her strong hand. She has a soft touch around the rim and is able to adjust her moves based off of opposing defenses. She is a powerful guard and uses her strength to finish through contact. I like how hard Selzler plays. She has college athlete written all over her. She seems taller than her 5'9 listed height (I'd put her around the 5'10-5'11 range). She has incredibly long arms that will be very valuable the next two seasons of her high school career. She is one of the top athletes in AA. Her athletic ability alone makes her an excellent prospect. She has the look of a college guard and moves like one as well. She is shifty with the rock and has a good hesitation dribble. She is tough going to the basket but thrives from behind the arc. She has a fluid and smooth shooting motion that can translate to multiple threes in a single game. Trinity loses some key players to graduation in 2026.
