Harper is a Grover who is going to be relied upon to bring the juice each night. The 5’7 combo guard has had a productive offseason and will be critical for Oak Grove to compete each night. Harper is an extremely aggressive player who isn’t afraid to score. She is going to get a lot of attention from opposing teams’ scouts and might find it harder as the season progresses to find her shot. She could really become a threat if she can use her scoring ability as a decoy and get her teammates involved for some open looks. Harper has a bright future.

Harper isn’t afraid to take control of the game the second she steps onto the court. She is an aggressive guard who is willing to bring the juice. The 5’7 combo-guard is an athletic playmaker. She likes to create scoring opportunities by either driving to the basket or knocking down outside shots. She has a good first step and uses it to get past primary defenders. She has a nice shot with a quick release. The All-Region Grover is taking the right steps to improve her game. She is going to be critical for Oak Grove to compete in a very competitive Region 1.

Harper is one of the best scorers on her team, averaging just around 15 points per game.  She isn’t afraid to shoot it from deep and has a nice follow-through on her shot.  The best part of her offensive game is getting to the basket.  She is a stronger athlete than most and is able to finish through contact.  She cuts well off of the ball and gets easy baskets that way as well.  Finally, she runs hard in transition and is able to make the right reads in 2-on-1 situations.
