The best way to improve your shot is to perfect it through repetition. REPS, REPS, REPS. Consistent shots build muscle memory, improve mechanics, and create the confidence to knock them down when it matters. Players can put in that work on their own, but for those looking for a more in-depth breakdown, one-on-one coaching can help identify small adjustments in footwork, release, balance, and form that can make a big difference in shooting consistency.

Where you can do this:

If you are looking for feedback on your shooting and want to improve your form, here are some great options available. She hasn't limited herself to just one training option or one way of developing her game. Instead, she's been putting in work in several different settings while continuing to train on her own. That willingness to seek out different opportunities, coaches, competition, and perspectives should only elevate her game. Sometimes improvement comes from the volume and variety of quality work a player is willing to put in, and Addison is making sure she's getting plenty of it.

Cailin has had the benefit of having her high school coach, club coach, and training facility all working under one roof, and sometimes keeping things simple can be a major advantage. That consistency lets her train within a system where everyone understands her game, her development, and what she needs to continue improving. Now heading into her senior year, the time Cailin has invested in the gym at The Training Zone should pay off as she looks to make the most of her final high school season.

There is no age or timeline for when a player should start working to elevate her game, and Tyanna is a great example of getting an early start. She still hasn't had the opportunity to show what she can do on the high school floor, but she's already putting in the work to prepare for that moment. Between her time training at The Training Zone and the work she's putting in on her own, Tyanna is building a foundation that should allow her to make an impact at West this season.

Coming off an injury isn't just about getting back on the court—it means recovering, rebuilding, and training intentionally to be ready when you return. Jordan has been putting that work into her recovery and has had some help from Lace Em' Up, focusing on getting herself healthy and prepared for the season ahead. If she can get back to 100% and regain her confidence and rhythm on the floor, Jordan could be positioned for a breakout season.

[player_tooltip player_id='805788' first='Kaylee' last='Montgomery']

[player_tooltip player_id='1246446' first='Tialani' last='Ramos']

[player_tooltip player_id='1880692' first='Leah' last='Arnell']

[player_tooltip player_id='997500' first='Estella' last='Myers']

[player_tooltip player_id='1206007' first='Abby' last='Bush']

[player_tooltip player_id='875180' first='Lanie' last='Smith']

[player_tooltip player_id='889503' first='Zoe' last='Rockenfield']

The best way to improve your shot is to perfect it through repetition. REPS, REPS, REPS. Consistent shots build muscle memory, improve mechanics, and create the confidence to knock them down when it matters. Players can put in that work on their own, but for those looking for a more in-depth breakdown, one-on-one coaching can help identify small adjustments in footwork, release, balance, and form that can make a big difference in shooting consistency.
