It’s My Life: TN Seniors Ready For One Last Ride

Today, those lyrics woke me up, and I decided to correlate them with our outstanding hoopers. See, in this game, we are all on our own journey. Call it our open highway if you must. We tend to blossom at our own pace, forging our own way down the road. We must conquer fear and others' expectations to be the best versions of ourselves. Through peaks and valleys, we rise and become important pieces to our clubs that we compete for.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Throughout Tennessee, we have girls who hit their stride at different times. It may be some until their senior year, but there are a few that get into their groove early. The most important thing is one must stay the course and just keep grinding. Compete. It's their time to shine. Their time to step it up. Their number will be called, and expect them to deliver. Competes on the defensive end and uplifts her squad by paying attention to detail and doing the little things. Smart, she knows when to pick her spots to exploit on both ends of the floor.
