Toledo Top 64 – Top 20 Standouts Part 2

Prep Girls Hoops was honored to cover the Toledo Top 64 at Scott High School on Saturday, October 10th. This event featured an INVITE-ONLY showcase of the top 64 prospects in the classes of 2027-2030 throughout Toledo and the Northwest Ohio area. In this article, I will break down and evaluate my second list of my Top 20 standouts featuring top sophomores, juniors, and seniors that shined at the event on Saturday!

It was my first time seeing the Top-5 ranked player in Ohio and she didn't disappoint! Elly is a strong and confident combo guard who has no issue creating her own shot. [player_tooltip player_id='861142' first='Elly' last='Evarts'] isn't afraid of letting it fly from deep. Pure stroke! I like her ability to walk right into the halfcourt and rise up for her shot. Nothing fazes her! Elly is a special talent committed to play for the Kent State Golden Flashes!

Talk about a sniper! [player_tooltip player_id='975928' first='Lacie' last='Allison'] was totally dialed in at the Toledo Top 64. The Top-15 ranked junior in Ohio was walking into threes and drilling them like they were layups! She was the driving force behind the Dark Blue team going undefeated on the day and winning the Championship! Her shot release is very smooth and quick, making it very difficult to contest. Loved her ability to facilitate as well. She's a great leader on the floor! To no ones surprise she was the MVP of the Toledo Top 64. Lacie holds multiple D1 and D2 offers heading into her junior year. A pure joy to watch on Saturday! (featured picture)

I've seen Honey a handful of times now and each time she continues to impress with her next level speed and acceleration! [player_tooltip player_id='1319857' first='Honey' last='Harper']'s motor is nonstop! She grabbed a great offensive rebound and put it back up and in. Relentless energy! Love that she doesn't stop fighting on the offensive end. Defensively, she sits down in a stance and pressures the ball well forcing pick ups. If her opponent is casual with the ball, she is stealing it and going the other way. She was an immediate standout at the Toledo Top 64 and will continue to be on my radar throughout the 2026-27 season for Toledo Start!

Callie is an absolutely gifted scorer! Pure gamer who elevates her game in the big moments. She's got the size and fluidity with the ball to command the attention from the defense. I like her ability to score whenever she wants. [player_tooltip player_id='1052805' first='Callie' last='Cox'] is a sophomore combo guard who puts in the work to be great on both ends and makes winning plays. A Top-50 ranked sophomore in Ohio who has a very bright future!

In my second time seeing Allie this preseason, she continues to leave it all out on the floor! Allie played great on both ends at the Toledo Top 64. A confident ball handler and attacker who can get to the rim and finishes with strength. [player_tooltip player_id='1256821' first='Allie' last='Williams'] has the size and skills to create problems for the defense. She's very assertive offensively and isn't afraid to let it fly from deep. Her larger frame allows her to be a presence scoring the ball inside. I'm excited to continue to follow this sophomore's development at Anthony Wayne this season!
