<p>The Orangeburg-Wilkinson HS Bruinettes jumped out to a 21-6 lead and never looked back. The Bruinettes went onto defeat the Stall HS Lady Warriors 58-27. The Lady Warriors were playing with just 5 players here today. </p>

<p>The Burke HS Lady Bulldogs defeated the Beaufort Lady Eagles 38-34 in the second game of the day. Burke HS was playing the game with a very young roster. The Lady Bulldogs played 4 freshmen in the game while 3 started. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='925568' first='Nathaya' last='Phoenix'] </strong>was a mystery all night long for the Lady Bulldogs. She was held scoreless until the 4th quarter when she let loose for 10 points. Nathaya didn't play at all in the 3rd quarter after sitting on the bench in her warmup. She recorded 9 points and 9 rebounds in the contest. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1180351' first='Kendall' last='Smith']</strong> a freshman shooting guard added 6 points in the win. </p>

<p>The Lady Eagles only have two seniors on the roster. Junior forward <strong>Carson Crosby</strong> led the way with 10 points. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='991294' first='JaNia' last='Hayward']</strong> a freshman finished with 9 points. Hayward took care of a lot of the ball-handling duties out front. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1094085' first='Zaria' last='Coaxum']</strong> a transfer from Whale Brach HS finished with 5 points all coming from the foul line. Coaxum fouled out late in the game likes to play the game going to at the basket.</p>

<p><em><strong>Lady Wave Stifle Redhawks</strong></em>: </p>

<p>The Lady Wave finished the TK Basketball Tourney at (3-0) with a win over Westwood HS 49-32. The Lady Wave jumped out to a 9-2 lead at the end of the 1st quarter. The Redhawks didn't make a field goal until 5:50 in the 2nd quarter to make the score 11-4. The Lady Wave led 22-7 at the halftime break. </p>
