The conclusion of a high school basketball season can certainly be an interesting time to be a senior as one is finishing one chapter of their life story and beginning to write another.

It is also an interesting time to be a junior as well as the transition from high school to AAU means they are preparing for their final time through the grassroots realm. Many of those very talents were on hand at the Roll Tide Rumble in Guntersville with the entirety of the 17U schedule occurring at Supreme Courts.

Raymond put together a 17-point, 11-steal, eight-rebound, four-assist performance in Sunday afternoon's matchup against SGB 17U Veal which enabled I.D.E. Elite 17U to finish the weekend undefeated. As those stats indicate, Raymond is every bit as dangerous a defender and rebounder as she is a scorer. There are likely few across Louisiana who define the phrase “stock-riser” more than Raymond does. She is listed at 5-foot-8 and thrives as a combo guard for her travel team – and the 5A Zachary team she plays for during the winter months. She is coming off a season where she reached the 1,000-point plateau – and one where her team won a state championship.

An SGB team has an SKH to thank in large part for why Roll Tide Rumble was such a successful weekend for the Huntsville-based grassroots program. SGB 17U Barton finished 4-0 over the weekend. A huge reason why that record went unblemished was because of her team's 55-54 win it earned over Team Elite Hubbard 17U 3SSB on Sunday. Every point mattered – including the eight that were placed on the scoreboard by Hulgan. She also had a stellar performance against OMG Academy 17U that also resulted in a victory. In that contest, one aspect of her game was especially apparent – her accuracy from 3-point range.

Wright did not have far to travel to get to Roll Tide Rumble given Boaz only is a short drive on US-431 from Guntersville. She played like she had a home court advantage all weekend at Supreme Courts and was another important factor in why SGB 17U Barton concluded the event with an unblemished record. Wright particularly played like the imposing big observers of her understand she can be in the victory over OMG Academy 17U. Defensively is where she particularly shines as she certainly will reject opponents' shot attempts and she can collect steals to create additional offensive possessions for her team.

Moss has received plenty of Division I attention for a while as evidenced by the offers she received from UNCW, George Washington, Appalachian State, UMBC and North Carolina A&T among others. Her impressive display of basketball continued this past weekend in Guntersville. Her Team Elite Hubbard 17U bunch went 3-1 this past weekend. The only loss was a close one to SGB 17U Barton. She had 16 points in that loss. A North Carolina prospect on a Georgia-centric AAU team, Moss is finding more success on the court after encountering plenty of it this past season at Butler where her team finished with a 24-3 record.

Arnold ensured that [program_tooltip program_id='715558' first='Georgia' last='Queen Elite'] 2026 Black was another of the teams to beat this past weekend in northern Alabama. H.E.R. #Society 2025's try in placing Arnold's squad in the loss column was unsuccessful on Saturday in large part thanks to the 16 points she scored in that game. Arnold's skillset includes making tough shots, willingness to draw contact to get to the free throw line, accuracy from behind the 3-point arc and cutting ability to the rim. Collecting steals to give her team additional offensive possessions and making accurate passes to teammates are other reasons why she has thrived at this stage of her career and will continue to do so once she arrives at the collegiate ranks.
