Triumph Finals 17U Second Team All-Tournament

Teams from GA, AL, SC, NC, LA, and FL made their ways to the Peach State for one more weekend of hoops before joining their high school teams for June. She did a fantastic job of getting her feet set and shoulders squared quickly before letting it fly. Her speed allowed her to get up and down the court quickly, and she pushed the ball with good control and pace. She is a strong finisher at the rim and uses that frame to create space without drawing the offensive foul. Her length, versatility, ability to space the floor, and how well she runs the floor make her a very recruitable 2026. She knocked down a few corner 3's and was hitting it from long range when I saw her play. Her ability to get to the rim and then rise above the defender made her one of the most lethal scorers. She's a strong, physical forward that is incredibly hard to stop when she's going downhill with her size, frame, and willingness to draw contact. Her handles and ability to shoot it from outside are really beneficial for her position since she's a tweener standing under six foot tall at the 4 spot. That shooting ability allows her to stretch the floor and keep defenders honest though. In the two games I watched, she led her team in scoring with double-digits in both games on their way to a Final 4 appearance at the Triumph Region Finals. Her best skill is her shot-blocking ability. She has great timing and sends away a ton of shots or at least deflects and deters them in the paint with her length and presence. She was impressive on the break in 2 on 1 situations by baiting the defender and dropping it off for an easy dime. Her ability to read her opponent's next move and get into the passing lanes was equally as impressive on the other end.
