July typically brings a stirring conclusion to the travel schedule – which includes much-revered Run 4 Roses invite in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition, there are two live periods this month as July is historically a busy month for recruiting.

Without further ado, here is some of the latest from the recruiting trail as the seventh month of the year commences.

We begin in the Upstate with a look a pair of offers that came the way of 5A Division 2 Greenwood. Towards the conclusion of the month, Oliver received an offer from Denmark Tech. One of the events that she and her Eagles took part in throughout June was a one-day Play Day event at Pleasant Mill MS hosted by 5A Division 1 school Lexington. Oliver averaged 9.2 points, 4.6 assists, four rebounds and 3.5 steals per contest last season with the Eagles en route to a 5A Division 2 state championship berth. With the moves made by Greenwood over the offseason, Oliver could conclude her high school career with state hardware.

If the Eagles are to get to that point where they are the final team standing in 5A Division 2 play in 2025-26, it will be in large part because of Oliver's play. She too, as was her twin sister, was also offered by Denmark Tech. Where her sister is more of a traditional point guard, Oliver is more of a two guard who has an ability to make things happen from behind the 3-point line. She averaged 14.7 points, five steals 4.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists last season at Greenwood. Oliver reached the 1,000-point plateau in her junior campaign last season and she is more than poised leave an indelible mark on the Eagles program as her high school career concludes.

We mentioned so many of the offers that were extended to standouts from SCISA 4A First Baptist we forgot a few. Pojani, a standout of Her Elite 16U landed offers from Presbyterian and West Georgia during June's camp month schedule. When one received Division I offers following a freshman season, then one did plenty correct as said freshman. Pojani averaged 17.3 points, four steals, 3.7 rebounds and three assists a game in the 32 games she played last season with the Hurricanes. First Baptist were in last season's SCISA 4A state championship game last season and Pojani bolsters the Hurricanes' status as favorites to return to state in 2025-26.

The June slate concluded with Anderson taking part in that same Lexington Play Day that Greenwood was part of. The Wildcats star center managed to add an offer from Francis Marion as part of her impressive resume. Anderson wears the uniform of [program_tooltip program_id='715412' first='SC' last='Eagles'] UA Rise 17U on the grassroots circuit. Her upcoming schedule includes the LBI Summer Showcase in Concord, the Under Armour Session 2 in Indiana during the July 13-14 live period and the Under Armour Finale from July 18-21 in Pennsylvania – also during a live period. Anderson averaged 13.7 points, 9.9 rebounds and a steal per contest last season with a Lexington team that finished 18-6.

This talented veteran standout in the Lowcountry has already received a litany of Division I offers. Rush added another when she was offered by Georgia State of the Sun Belt Conference. Her June included participating in team camps at South Carolina and at Presbyterian – the latter of which also extended an offer to Rush earlier. As a 6-foot-3 four forward who can also give a team worthwhile minutes at the three, one can see why a number of colleges want Rush to be wearing their colors. Rush averaged 12.1 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 steals and 1.2 blocks per contest last season with SCISA 4A First Baptist and will bring her many hoops talents to 5A Division 1 Wando for her senior season.

Parks may not necessarily garner the attention statewide that prospects who play for larger schools attract, but the old adage is true. If one is good enough, collegiate programs will be present regardless of location. Chaminade University in Hawaii was the latest program to extend an offer Parks' way. North was one of the premier teams last season in the 1A ranks as Parks led the team to an Upper State championship and the Eagles made moves during the offseason that should solidify its contender status. Parks averaged 22.5 points, 6.3 steals and 5.7 rebounds in the 26 games she played last season in North's uniform.

Wilson has had banner seasons in the 4A ranks lately in large part thanks to the heroics of this talented veteran from the Pee Dee. Murray is a two-sport athlete who also plays volleyball alongside what she gets accomplished on the basketball court. Murray was one of the participants at the team camp at Elon and was rewarded with an offer. She has played at the varsity level since she was an eighth grader and put up career numbers in her sophomore campaign last season with Wilson. Those numbers included averaging 19.6 points, 8.4 rebounds and 3.8 steals per contest. Murray was previously offered by Hampton, South Carolina State and East Carolina.
