The past few days I locked in and watched some athletes compete all over the Country to kick off July's Live Viewing Period. Here are my unfiltered, fast-hand, live notes that I took about some players while watching.

Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!

[player_tooltip player_id='1190087' first='Lexie' last='Darrington'] - 2027 - Next Level [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] (NE)

"[player_tooltip player_id='1190087' first='Lexie' last='Darrington'] is going to be a vital piece to her team's success this Winter at Council Bluffs if they compete with the same system that won them a title last Winter. Darrington won't be their top dawg or anything but she is a contest role player, that they are going to need in impactful stretches. Darrington was doing her thing with her Next Level [program_tooltip program_id='713325' first='Elite' last=''] team this weekend. She made rememberable plays on both ends and that's something you love to see from the outside."

[player_tooltip player_id='502096' first='KeaOnna' last='Worley'] - 2027 - Missouri Phenom 17U (IA)

"The brilliance of [player_tooltip player_id='502096' first='KeaOnna' last='Worley'] is starting to show more and more as the days go on. Worley is getting more attention on the road for her ability to control and lead her Missouri Phenom 17U team at the PG position. She might not score the most points but Worley is this team's heart. When she plays well and can lead by example, everyone is at their best. She is the definition of a pass-first PG with a shifty handle, who can get everyone involved at a high rate. The more she does that the better cause that will be her primary job at the next level."

[player_tooltip player_id='1143194' first='Sira' last='Doumbia'] - 2027 - [program_tooltip program_id='715980' first='Team' last='Iowa'] 2027 (IA)

"If you told [player_tooltip player_id='1143194' first='Sira' last='Doumbia'] that she would have a D2 offer by the end of Summer at the very beginning of this 2025 calendar year, I'm sure she would think that you were lying. Doumbia, a 6'4 Center, has joined up with [program_tooltip program_id='715980' first='Team' last='Iowa'] 2027 and shown her dominance time and time again the past couple of months on the road. She has been eating in the post, showing off her natural mixture of strength and height, all while putting up impressive numbers. I don't expect this to be Doumbia's only offer. She should receive more once people start to notice her this Winter at the Varsity level in Cedar Rapids."

[player_tooltip player_id='901710' first='Avah' last='Underwood'] - 2026 - NE Supreme 17U (NE)

"The main producer for Council Bluffs St. Albert's last Winter was [player_tooltip player_id='901710' first='Avah' last='Underwood']. She was the 1A State Playoff MVP with a standout game in the Championship and she has carried that momentum into this month of July. [program_tooltip program_id='715717' first='Nebraska' last='Supreme'] came away with a respectable weekend, winning some contest out in Ohio. Throughout some of these contest, Underwood controlled the paint with her size and smarts, recording nice numbers in the scoring and rebounding departments. That's the usual thought for Underwood. The Wayne State WBB Commit is ready to continue to show her dominance until she suits up in the yellow and block. That was obvious this weekend."

[player_tooltip player_id='502095' first='Emily' last='Larsen'] - 2026 - Missouri Phenom 17U (IA)

"When [player_tooltip player_id='502095' first='Emily' last='Larsen'] is on, she is one of the best shooters in the Midwest in the 2026 Class. Larsen has a flamethrower from deep and every time she lets it go, it looks like it's going in. She can also put it on the floor and get to the bucket for an easier attempt but she really likes to launch it from deep when she can and I don't blame her. If my shot looked like that I would as well. Once Larsen gets into the college flow at UNI and into her workout routines, she is going to be deadly from everyone within the half court. There is no doubt about it."

[player_tooltip player_id='1131540' first='Kenna' last='Wilcox'] - 2027 - Lincoln Supreme 2027 (NE)

"One of the better defenders and shooter that I saw this weekend while spectating. Wilcox didn't get flustered when pressured, made contested buckets off the catch, all while being a sound defender on and off of the ball. With only being out of the 2027 Class, there is a lot of promise and foundation to build on here. She has shown that to everyone in attendance the past few days."
