[player_tooltip player_id='1091302' first='Sage' last='Weber'] of Sioux Central High School is going to be a household name over the next 3 years at the Varsity level. Weber jumped onto the scene as a Freshman last Winter and held her own as a 5'10 SG/CG. This Sioux Central program is one that brings skilled prospects with college potential to the floor. They win a lot of games during the regular season and I expect that to keep up over the next few seasons. Weber isn't their only stud but she is their youngest and I'm sure she is going to continue to thrive with her mixture of size, skill, an dedication as we move forward.

The Marion Wolves will return their main producers from a season ago to the varsity level but they will also return a lot of promising underclassmen and some new transfers that could play a vital role within their system. An individual out of their 2028 Class, who we will hear about more and more as she gets older is SG - [player_tooltip player_id='1044937' first='Ellie' last='Morris']. Morris returns back this season at 5'6 with a balanced shooting stroke from deep. She is nice off the catch when she has space to let it fly but she can a lot cut and find open space behind the defense when the opportunities present themselves. All in all, I think the Wolves put together a better season than years past. If they work hard and their new faces play to their full capabilities, who knows where they might take things.

[player_tooltip player_id='1220516' first='Alli' last='Haskell'] is talented and she is going to have a tough job this Winter. Haskell's job this Winter is going to be to shine as bright as she can while competing next to Stanford Commit - [player_tooltip player_id='643486' first='Jhaliana' last='Guy']. Guy has transferred back to her hometown to be the local hero and that's going to bring a lot of attention to this Clinton program. On and off the court. Opposing teams will have to account for Guy and Haskell as productive offensive threats each night they compete. Most teams won't have the defense to contain both so that leads me to believe that Guy will get double, even tripled teamed at times, leaving her teammates wide open in some specific moments. Haskell is a shooter, who can put the ball on the ground and create better than most her age. She is going to play off of Guy the next 3 years at the varsity level and that's going to help her get to the collegiate floor before you know it.

If you are familiar with Winfield-Mt Union High School and their sports history, you know the name Buffington. The one that is next up for this family is 2028 5'11 PF - [player_tooltip player_id='1091305' first='Kynlee' last='Buffington']. Buffington is going to be their main producer in the middle of the paint for the next few seasons. She has a better than average mixture of height, muscle mass to pair about with it, along with a soft touch on the ball in certain moments. Everyone out of the 2028 Class is still extremely young in their careers with a lot of room to grow. If they keep working at, players like Buffington, they will putting up noteworthy numbers in no time.

A name you might not be familiar with, that is going to put up some eye-opening numbers this Winter at the PG/SG spot is [player_tooltip player_id='885309' first='Olivia' last='Wacha'] of Ballard High School. Wacha is a 5'9 guard, that does a lot of things well on and off of the basketball. She is her team's unquestionable leader as the PG in their offense but she can also get down the floor in transition for other types of looks in open space. Defensively, she has fast hands, an act for coming to the ball, and balanced coordination with her footwork. All of these things together lead to multiple tips, deflections, and steals throughout the duration of a contest by Wacha, which shows up on the stat sheet. This is the definition of someone who is a stat stuffer. If she keeps it up, she will finish off her high school career one day and be extremely proud of the numbers averaged while helping her team win. That's for sure.
