Teagan’s full throttle style, effort on both ends, and skill with the ball immediately caught my attention on Sunday at the PGH MI College Tour III. She drilled a corner three, sprinted back in transition to intercept a pass, and came soaring into the paint to snatch offensive rebounds. Teagan worked hard to keep ball-handlers at bay on the defensive end, caused jump balls, and switched hands confidently with her eyes up as a facilitator. She’ll be a prospect to follow from Michigan Dean 15U.

Teagan used a variety of dribble combinations to create space and handled the ball confidently with both hands. She demonstrated an understanding of where to be without the ball, cutting to open space on the offensive end. Teagan caught a pass with soft hands inside and made a perfect transfer to score with her left hand off two feet. She attacked through the lane with a dribble burst and earned a trip to the free-throw line. Teagan moved quickly on the ball to stop drives to the basket. She had a very effective day for Team 8 at the Freshman Showcase, and I’m excited to follow her high school career at Grand Ledge.
