Shaw has jumped into the Top 10 after continued improvement each time we've seen her play. Her size, length, and skill made it an easy decision to place her in the top of this 2028 class in Florida. She played very well for a talented 15U Essence team that saw success against some of the best in the country on the EYBL circuit. It's safe to say she's one of the best prospects in Pinellas County, Tampa Bay, and all of the Sunshine State, especially after receiving her first D1 offer from George Mason over the summer. St. Pete will be a team to watch this year with some new pieces and the return of Summer after posting averages of 19.2 ppg, 13 rpg, 3.9 bpg, and securing 22 double-doubles in her first year.

Jaiden plays so hard and showcased her high motor at the Sophomore ID Camp. She already holds multiple D1 offers and is one of the smoothest guards in this class with craftiness to finish amongst the trees and the skillset to score it from all three levels. I expect Bishop Moore to take that next step forward, and JP will play a massive role in that as the team leader in points, assists, and steals.

Londyn received her first D1 offer over the summer from USC Upstate and continues to come into her own of the floor every team I see her. PHCA will play a tough schedule and she'll continue to carve out quality minutes on a reloaded roster that has a ton of talent. Her ability to shoot the ball paired with her athleticism and frame will continue to catch the eyes of colleges in the years to come, so she may continue to be a stock riser in the future.

Brooklin was first in rebounds and second in points, steals, and blocks as a Freshman at Mainland. She now makes the pivot to a New Smyrna Beach team that will look to defend their State Title with the loss of some important guards, but they do return some key pieces and add some as well. Her body control, soft touch, versatility, frame, and work in PNR situations really stood out to me over the summer on a 15U Essence squad that was full of 2028 talent.

Essence was the backbone of the Suns 15U team this summer on the EYBL circuit and made everyone around her and the team look better which has helped her leap into the Top 20 in thesee rankings. This summer, she also represented Puerto Rico on the u16 Americup team which is a unique experience that many do not get. Keys Gate will take a leap forward with some new additions after a season of E leading the way with 17.9 ppg, 6.9 rpg, 4.2 apg, and 4.3 spg.

Kennedi has jumped up double-digit spots in the rankings and cracked the Top 25 and even received her first D1 offer from USC Upstate over the summer. Her energy, effort, and versatility will continue to keep her near the top of this 2028 list. She rebounds the ball well for her position, plays tough defense, and shares the rock unselfishly with her teammates which can be three rare things that colleges love to see. PHCA will be a team to watch this year!
