She spaces the floor, controls pace, and values each possession. She does have the ability to score the ball and if she gets a step or leverage on a defender, she does have the ability to get to the rim and score. Iturralde can also shoot the three and score in the paint with an array of floaters and spin moves. On defense, she plays the backside like a safety and constantly creates turnovers and easy baskets for her team. She can shoot off the catch and has worked on her game to the point of creating her own space and knocking down the three point shot and midrange. Deegan is a dependable back court leader with excellent game awareness. She keeps teammates involved, shoots efficiently, and handles pressure like a veteran.     Mikala DesJarlais came back last season with a vengeance. She is a tough-nosed player who is tough and plays physical. DesJarlais has the ability to shoot the jumper from the 4-position and also handle the ball with great physicality and purpose. DesJarlais has very good handles for a power forward and uses them in press break and play making. She thrives in the trenches, rebounds in traffic, and defends multiple positions. Her ability run the floor on the wing and lead the break is what makes her special. The center-power forward is fundamentally sound and can score on the inside with some good footwork.
