Omaha Westside has had some convincing wins already this season and they don't plan on stopping that any time soon against their future opponents. Someone for Westside, that has a respectable game out of this 2027 Class is [player_tooltip player_id='752778' first='Lena' last='Kennedy'] at the CG position. Kennedy stands out because she is coordinated and she keeps it simple over everything else. She isn't going to hit you with fancy moves but more-so fundamentals to produce. Kennedy is the type of player that can be moved into most systems in a short amount of time and she will always standout as a solid competitor. In this Update, she moves to the #60 spot to round out our Top 60.

You have to like the combination that [player_tooltip player_id='879138' first='Emersyn' last='Spurgeon'] of Concordia High School possesses. Spurgeon is a lengthy 5'11 and she moves really well for that length. She would be considered more of a SG or CG but she can also move next to the hoop to defend against alike size Post opponents. She is more of a natural from the outside though from what I've seen so far over her career. Spurgeon moves into the #56 in this Update with her solid start to her Junior year of high school ball this past few weeks. If she keeps it rolling, who knows where she might end up during out next Update come 2026.

[player_tooltip player_id='881313' first='Ayla' last='Pittman'] controls the game when she receives the ball on the attack. Offensively, she is a natural that understands what she does best. Pittman can score as a driver or as a catch and shoot prospect. She knows how to make a crafty play when her team's offense breaks down, demonstrating a lot of promise at times. Morrill should win a lot of games this Winter and Pittman will have a big part in that. She should be one of their overall leaders on the hardwood, that everyone looks up too in big moments so now we just have to see what she does with these opportunities.

As long as [player_tooltip player_id='1164887' first='Danielle' last='Seim'] can catch the ball in optimal positions near the bucket, she can be tough to stop with her reach and physicality. She might not have an insane amount of body weight but Seim knows how to move her opponents at high rates without causing an offensive foul. When you think about her touch and the way she moves her feet moving down the court, you start to see that there could be a future here for Seim at the collegiate level. She just needs to keep building on her foundation and the rest will be history. She does well with everything now but she will need to continue to grow until she gradates if she wants to produce sooner rather than later at the next level.

We have seen some impressive stat lines out of [player_tooltip player_id='988348' first='Daley' last='Pelican'] for a few years now at Johnson-Brock High School. Pelican makes it happen. She can score from all offensive levels, she has a quick trigger off the catch, and she is willing to pass when others around her get open being of her creating ability. When you think about Pelican, you think about a competitor that can score the ball at a high rate, that also defends her own position pretty well. All in all, that's really all you can ask for from a coaching standpoint so let's see what this group can do the rest of the Winter moving forward.
